“You don’t need to have everything figured out before you reach out.”

Counselling can give you room to slow things down, make sense of what is happening and explore change at a pace that feels right for you.

About me

Support that adapts to you, not the other way around.

Hi, I’m Lois. I’m a qualified relational integrative counsellor who is passionate, empathetic and dedicated to helping people navigate personal challenges.

My approach is integrative with a person-centred focus. I draw on different counselling theories and interventions depending on your experiences, needs and what feels most useful for you.

I aim to offer a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences at your own pace.

How I can help

You may be looking for support with…

You do not need to fit neatly into one label. These are some of the areas I work with.

Anxiety

Generalised anxiety, social anxiety, overthinking and feeling constantly on edge.

Low mood & depression

Feeling flat, disconnected, overwhelmed or unsure how to move forward.

Childhood & family experiences

Exploring difficult relationships, earlier experiences and how they affect you now.

Work & career stress

Pressure, burnout, career uncertainty and the effect work can have on confidence and wellbeing.

Life changes

Support through major events, transitions, endings, beginnings and periods of uncertainty.

Self-esteem & identity

Understanding who you are, building confidence and exploring recurring behavioural patterns.

What to expect

Starting counselling can be simpler than it feels.

You do not need to arrive with the “right” words or a clear explanation of everything that has happened. We can begin with what feels most present for you.
